New Build in Poland
Project
New build of a 3 bedroom property in the country side
Dream House
The client managed to secure a beautiful piece of land in the Polish country-side to build their dream family get away property
Project Scope
We worked closely with our client’s architect to create their family country retreat. We helped with getting the required building regs and developed a timing plan, that allowed for our client to be on site and view progress, when they were in the country. The 135m2 property comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a guest toilet on the ground floor and three double bedrooms, an on-suite and a large family bathroom on the first floor. We also landscaped their drive, patio and garden area.
The finishing touches – Open plan kitchen & living area and great patio space
Testimonial
“We got our family country home – a place to relax and unwind. The Dreamhouse Construction team was amazing. They kept us up-to-date with the progress, emailed through pictures if we couldn’t be on site and worked generally around our available schedule. The finish is superb and we have already recommended them to many of our friends.”
