The client needed a larger living area for the growing family
Project Scope
Our client – a developer – was expecting their first child and required to have his dream house completed before the baby arrived. He required more space and the house needed renovating throughout. When he received all council approvals for the extension work, we were ready to kick off with the build. We agreed to a tight work schedule – including allowances to receive the necessary council certificates and enough time for the couple to move back in and be ready for their little one. We decorated the house from top to bottom, change of the electrics throughout, installing of new bathrooms and a new kitchen and even helped organise a professional after build clean. Dream House
The client wanted a light and open space feel of the kitchen & dining area and a usable utility room and fresh feel for the rest of the house.
Project Scope
Closing the utility area and hallway to create a proper utility room, move light switches and add downlighters. Laying replicate Victorian tiles to extend the existing hallway and replacing old kitchen tiles and dining room engineered & the original flooring below with large off-white tiles.
Decorate the house from the top floor to the ground – including walls, ceilings, woodwork and wall papering the chimney breast.
The finishing touches – Hanging new doors and cabinets and replacing light fittings.
