Project
Double side extension, including a new kitchen, family bathroom and office space
Dream House
The client had planning permission for a double side extension. She wanted more space throughout and an open-plan kitchen – dining area, as well as an office space, utility and an extra family bathroom.
Project Scope
Removing part of the garden facing wall to open up the area. Removing all old kitchen cabinets & appliances. Placing a steal bean in the middle of the construction to secure the build. Building new sidewalls to add the extra office space, utility room and family bathroom. Instalment of under floor heating throughout, tiling, plastering, decorating. We also helped with designing the kitchen and living room are and installed new electrics throughout.
We decorated the house from the top to the ground floor – including walls, ceilings, woodwork and wall papering feature walls.
Throughout the process we helped and organised the required council certificates and approvals.
